Wealth Works 101 Terms and Conditions

1. Courses and coaching are provided by Wealth Works 101, a trading division of Desert Lemon Limited of 10 Harvest Road, Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey TW20 0QS.

2. Wealth Works 101 reserves the right to vary or cancel a course or event where the occasion necessitates. Wealth Works 101 accepts no liability if, for whatever reason, the course or event does not take place.

3. Prices quoted may be subject to change. The full amount is payable for the course or event, except as follows:  
a) Cancellation: provided written notice is received at least 10 working days before the course or event, the fee will be credited less a £95 (+VAT) administration charge.
b) Transfer: in the event of a transfer to another course or event, an administration charge of £95 (+ VAT) will be levied. This cannot be done after the date of the course.

4. The Booking Form constitutes a legally binding contract.

5. The purpose of the courses and coaching is to help the delegate to find their own strategies for life.  Wealth Works 101 does not give any form of financial or investment advice and such is not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.  To the extent permitted by law, neither Wealth Works 101 nor its presenters will be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person acting omitting to act or refraining from acting in reliance upon the course material or presentation of the course or, except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the price of the course, arising from or connected with any error or omission in the course material or presentation of the course.  “Consequential loss” shall be deemed to include, but is not limited to, any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business, damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third party or any other indirect or consequential losses.

6. Course documentation is distributed at the time of the event.  Copyright in all materials either belongs to or is used under licence by Wealth Works 101.  Copying or reproduction other than for personal use is prohibited.
